Shipping

All prices in this catalogue are exclusive of VAT and shipping. Please contact our sales team for a quote including VAT and shipping costs.

Black Cat Music stocks a great many products and our standard products are usually shipped within 2 - 3 days of order receipt. Shipping of products not in stock and that need to be ordered may take 4 - 6 weeks. Should this be the case, we will give you an estimated delivery date. Our team will be happy to advise you. If we have your email address, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation.

Exchanges

Our products have been very carefully designed and manufactured. We hope that you will be very satisfied with your products. However, if this is not the case, please return the items unused and in their original packaging within one month of receipt. We will be happy to exchange the products or refund the purchase price excluding shipping costs. Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping costs unless you have received incorrect or faulty items.

Assembly

Please note that some products such as music stands, trolleys, instrument storage and transport trolleys, stage elements, conductor's equipment and choir risers require assembly and are delivered 'flat packed'.
