Benefits of Finance Leases for Non-Government funded Schools and Organisations:
- Purchase what you need as opposed to what you can afford.
- No need to use cash flow - the money is kept in the business which keeps the balance sheet strong
- Cost can be spread across 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 years, either monthly, quarterly or annually
- VAT can be claimed back on all repayments.
- The tax applicable to a lease is 100% allowable.
- Off balance sheet acquisition.
- At the end of the agreement you can pay one extra repayment to own the equipment
